Please Note:

It is continually disturbing to note the various mistruths and misleading information being published unofficially by owners who do not reside on Manzanas 1 and 2.

On Monday 16th July 2012 the following misleading/untrue items were posted on Manzana 2 and 3 joint web sites:

Item 1 – Regarding pathways renewal.

To state that the Town Hall did not give their full permission is totally incorrect.

 Officials at the Town hall were in fact delighted that Manzanas 1 and 2 had decided to renew both internal and external pathways at their own expense.

The Town Hall stated they would happily allow the other Manzanas to follow suit, as there were no funds available in the council budget to support replacement of the ageing Lago Jardin  pathways.

A full licence to proceed with pathways renewal was purchased by Manzanas 1 and 2 and issued by the Town Hall.

Item 4 – Regarding the costs of repainting the Church.

In fact, the Parish of the Anglican Church of Torrevieja pay  (incl.Elec.) ALL the costs of maintaining the church and they recently repainted it at a cost of 3,600€.

For the record, the last time it was painted the money came from fund-raising by Elizabeth Brodie and Carole England.

Item 7 – Regarding the Main Community President and fund .

On the 19th January 2009 three courts, Torrevieja, Elche and Madrid declared that in

July 2006 Elizabeth Brodie was Main Community President, this cannot be appealed

This means that Antonio Alvarez was never legally appointed President of the Main Community - and neither was Liz Collins or Gill Turner.

It follows that Perello could not have been appointed in August 2006 as Main community Administrator.

It can be proved that in 2006 and 2007 the only Manzanas who fully paid their debts to the Main community were Manzanas 1 and 2;  the other four Manzanas did not fulfil their obligations to the Main Community and all remained in debt.

A notice dated 1st May 2006 posted on the Manzana 3 and 4 notice boards [with copies sent to their owners] stated they had paid nothing to the Main Community in 2006.

At the end of 2007 Manzanas 1 and 2 had paid over 43,000€ to the Main Community fund, whereas the other four Manzanas, [3, 4, 5 and Complejo], had paid only 19,000€ between them.

Therefore, Manzanas 1 and 2 between them paid  24,000€ MORE to the Main Community fund than the total paid by Manzanas 3, 4, 5 and Complejo.

Mrs Brodie was no longer president in 2011, [in fact there had been two Presidents appointed since the date she resigned], so to implicate her in this item is nonsense.

~~~~~~
 There are many more discrepancies but it would take too long to correct them all.
Information is being fabricated to suit the political aims of just a few owners.
Owners should disregard any information which is not posted on the official Manzanas 1 and 2 websites and notice boards.
Please note
Any queries regarding Manzana 1 minutes should be sent to the official administrator and/or the official President of Manzana 1 - not to a self-appointed Manzana 3 owner.
Many Thanks
The Legal Management Committee, Lago  Jardin 1
